发展商房屋销售环比下降近 50%,从去年 11 月的 1,201 套减少到 12 月的 602 套。然而,与去年同期相比,新私宅的销售额同比增长 39.7%。包括执行共管公寓(EC)在内,发展商上个月销售了 605 套,同比增长13.9%。

基于上个月没有新项目推出以及年末假期期间购买活动的传统平静期,因此销售需求还是相对健康。一共有101 套新房推出,其中 100 套来自实龙岗的 Affinity。 12 月份也是去年一个月内推出最少单位的月份。

Parc Esta(已售出 160 套)和 Whistler Grand(128 套)等现有发售项目的销售额继续保持上个月的强劲需求。 Riverfront Residences,Park Colonial,Stirling Residences,The Tapestry,Serangoon Affinity,Belgravia Green 和 Parc Botannia 等项目也突破了两位数的销售额。
