The Crown Jewel of Tampines – Treasure at Tampines

Be dazzled by the myriad of offerings at this gem of a development

The mature town of Tampines is home to the first regional centre in Singapore. Today, it has cemented its reputation as the commercial centre of the East. Tampines also has a reputation of being one of the most self-sufficient towns in the country. With five MRT stations, two bus interchanges and six shopping malls nearby, residents in Tampines have all they need at their doorstep.

A great place to live, work and play

Tampines is served by major roads and highways, including the Pan Island Expressway (PIE), Tampines Expressway (TPE) and East Coast Parkway (ECP). The five MRT stations in Tampines provide commuters rail connectivity both on the East-West line and Downtown line. In the near future, residents can avail themselves to the convenience of the upcoming Cross Island Line, just a stop away at Pasir Ris MRT Station.

Green spaces are much coveted in Tampines. Tampines Eco Green is a 36-ha eco-friendly park with various natural habitats such as open grasslands, freshwater wetlands and a secondary rainforest. Hiking trails within the park allow nature enthusiasts to get up close and personal with the diverse flora and fauna found in the park.

Tampines Quarry is a well-kept secret among Tampines residents with its picturesque views and is a favourite go-to leisure spot among fishing and biking enthusiasts.

Tampines bears the distinction of being the first town in Singapore to have its own dedicated cycling paths back in 2010. By 2022, its existing 6.9km network of cycling paths is set to be tripled in a bid for Tampines to be the second Walking and Cycling Town in Singapore, after Ang Mo Kio.

As a key business hub in the east, banks such as OCBC and UOB have relocated their backend operations to Tampines Regional Centre. Singapore Airlines and Hitachi have also established offices there. Located in close proximity to Tampines is Changi Business Park, home to IT services and financial services companies such as IBM, DBS Bank and Citigroup. Other commercial nodes nearby include Tampines Wafer Fab Park and Tampines Industrial Park.

The fact that Japanese retail giant Uniqlo chose Tampines 1 to open its first outlet in Singapore speaks volumes of Tampines’ allure as a shopping hub. The trio of malls – Tampines Mall, Tampines 1 and Century Square – have anchor tenants such as Isetan, BHG and Golden Village. There’s no need to travel out of Tampines to shop.

Treasure at Tampines: A vast, self-contained enclave

Treasure at Tampines – the latest private condominium launch in the area – has the luxury of space and expansiveness. The private development sits on a piece of land that spans more than 6-ha. 40 per cent of the development will be built up, leaving the rest of the space for recreational facilities and lush landscaping, giving residents an upsized condo-living experience.

Treasure at Tampines comprises 29 blocks of 12-storey homes. With 33 efficient and spacious layouts ranging from one- to five-bedroom units (from 463 sq ft to 1,722sq ft), property buyers are spoilt for choice when it comes to picking a configuration that best suits their needs.

Variety is the name of the game at Treasure at Tampines. With 128 exciting facilities spread out on its sprawling grounds, the development is a self-contained enclave with a wide variety of recreation and lifestyle options to keep residents of all ages entertained. What’s more, Treasure at Tampines multiplies the fun factor by enhancing the number of facilities on-site – such as having 13 pools. This upsizing applies to other recreation options such as the double lap pools, kids’ playgrounds, BBQ pavilions, gardens and spa facilities. The 24-hour gym allows residents to get in a good workout at a timing that suits them best.

The two-storey Treasure clubhouse features a suite of multi-themed function rooms. If you love baking you, can book the Culinary Studio to host your guests. And if you’d like to work from the comfort and convenience of the condominium’s grounds, look no further than the co-working space at the clubhouse with free Wifi connectivity.

Homes at Treasure feature quality fittings from Electrolux and Hansgrohe and are equipped with smart community technology. Residents can instantly book facilities and venues, receive instant updates on gym occupancy and availability of car washing bays, and enjoy the convenience of the parcel collection station.

A future slip road – Tampines Lane – will give residents direct access to the PIE, further enhancing road accessibility to and from the development.

Residents who prefer a car-lite lifestyle have much to look forward to. A shuttle bus service – complimentary for the first year commencing six months upon T.O.P – offers door-to-door transfer to Tampines MRT station and Changi Airport. A covered linkway from the condominium’s side gate allows one to get to the Simei MRT station.

What’s around Treasure at Tampines

Just beside Treasure at Tampines is the Changkat Butterfly Garden. All are welcomed at the community garden.

The Tampines Round Market & Food Centre is an iconic establishment among residents in the East. Many make a beeline for its sumptuous hawker fare and fresh market produce. Treasure at Tampines is a mere walking distance from the market.

The development is within 2km of St Hilda’s Primary School. Other education centres include Anglican High School, Dunman Secondary School, Ngee Ann Secondary School, Temasek Polytechnic and Singapore University of Technology and Design. United World College (SEA) in the vicinity provides an international schooling option for foreigners.
